When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday 6AM-10PM MT and may take up to 48 hours to be processed. You can always track the status of your order and get any tracking updates by logging into your account and visiting the 'Order History' page.

How do I track my order?

You can track any order with us by first logging into your account. Once logged in, click on "Order History" and "Track your Order". If you don't see the order that you're trying to track, it is likely that one of two things occurred. Either the order that was placed utilizing a different or misspelled email address, or there wasn't an account created at the time that the order was placed.

How do I change or update my order?

Once an order is placed, it will be shipped as is. You can try contacting us using the form below and we'll do our best to catch and modify it, but due to how fast we ship orders, we may not be able to make changes.

How do I change my shipping address?

Click the "View My Order" button in your order confirmation email. Or Click on the "Track your Order" link in your order history page, and then selecting "Edit your order" link.

Whats your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is your refund policy?

We stand by all of our products with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you should find for any reason that you are not satisfied, within 30 days of your product(s) being delivered, please contact us. Please note that shipping charges, and sample sets are non-refundable.

You have total control over your subscription. You can add or remove products, change an upcoming shipment, adjust frequency, update billing/shipping info, and more.

Simply login and click on "manage subscriptions" and edit your plan as you wish.
